When I wrote this line in my blog post yesterday morning I had no idea how true it would become for me that day. 

Without getting into specifics, let’s just say my life was turned upside down. And not in the life nourishing, growth stimulation way. In the “let’s throw every sharp object around at this guy and see if he can take it” way. 

I am not unique in this pain. We have all suffered, and I am no more deserving of relief than anyone else, but damn, this hurts.

I am going to dive into writing head first to occupy my mind, so maybe there’s a silver lining in this for anyone out there who appreciates even a modicum of what I have to say. There will be a lot coming at you. Of that I am sure.

I appreciate you all. Love your life if you can. Hold those you love tightly. Be grateful for your day if it is absent of suffering.
